Stroke or Cerebrovascular accident (CVA) is one of the leading cause of morbidity, mortality and disabilityin the whole world. It is estimated that around 12 million people are affected and around 6 million deathsoccurs annually due to stroke.¹-² In this study, we will be studying the clinico epidemiological profile of stroke patients admitted in ICU.
