Abstract

Pediatric sepsis is a critical condition with significant morbidity and mortality, especially whenearly diagnosis is delayed. This prospective analytical study investigates the diagnostic utility ofC-reactive protein (CRP) and procalcitonin (PCT) in differentiating sepsis severity and predictingsurgical outcomes in pediatric patients
