Introduction: Head trauma is a broad term that ranges from injury of brain, skull and scalp to underlyingtissues and vessels. Head injury is also known as brain trauma or traumatic brain injury. Objectives: The mainobjective of the study is to find the preoxygenation in the head-up (40°) position versus supine position in the obese patients with severe head trauma requiring intubation.
