Abstract

Background: The most common benign tumor of the female reproductive tract is uterine fibroids, which is aleading cause of gynecological morbidity, especially among women of reproductive age. They are linked tomenstrual problems, pelvic problems, infertility, and severe quality-of-life impairment.
Objective: To assess the clinical appearance, risk determinants, histopathological changes, and quality-of-life effects of uterine fibroids in women who visit a tertiary care hospital.
